The e-Token App is a mobile application designed to generate One Time Passwords (OTPs) for secure authentication of electronic transactions.

COST OF TOKEN / CHARGES

An activation fee of N1500 applies for the e-Token setup. This fee will be charged to the linked account upon activation.

By activating the e-Token on your device, you consent to the debit of the relevant account with the applicable activation fee. Please note that the bank reserves the right to review and adjust the activation fee periodically without prior notice.

A One Time Password (OTP) is a unique series of characters that provides automatic authentication for a single transaction or session. It serves as an alternative to hardware tokens, enhancing transaction security.

To activate the application, follow the instructions outlined below:

• Register as an Individual
• Select your preferred Activation Method:

• Hardware Token: Provide your Account Number, 4-digit Server PIN, and Hardware Token Code.
• Debit Cards: Provide your Account Number, the last six digits of your PAN (PAN #), and your 4-digit ATM card PIN issued by ZENITH Bank.
• Quick Access: Visit a bank branch to generate an activation code necessary for enabling access to the e-Token App.
